if it helps; downtime does make eve SUCK, one of its larger flaws. on this note cmon DEV's do something. what do you even do at downtime, if its backing up the database, why can that not be done while the cluster is still running?

I think caching should be tag based, as it does help performance, like putting NO_CACHE in the tag or something, like the CHECKED flag with radio and check box's; but my main thing is why is it so slow. it used to be MUCH faster, I don't want it ...
